ABOUT ME

刘宏清于2009年博士毕业香港城市大学,电子工程系。2009到2013年,在新加坡国立大学,水下声学实验室,任研究员。2013年加入重庆邮电大学,通信学院,任教授,博导。刘宏清教授长期从事通信、信号处理、语音等多学科的研发工作。在IEEE Trans. Goescience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Trans. Image Processing, IEEE Trans. Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. Communications, IEEE Trans. Information Theory, IEEE Signal Processing Letters 等国际高水平SCI期刊和IEEE ICIP, IEEE ICASSP 等国际著名会议上发表了被SCI/EI 检索的学术论文200余篇,近三年申请PCT 国际专利1 项、国家发明专利4 项。于2009年获得陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖(No. 06C8) 和陕西省科技进步奖二等奖 (No. 06-2-010-R9)。于2016年获得IEEE DSP会议最优论文奖,获得SP,DSP等多个期刊的outstanding reviewer, IEEE高级会员。刘宏清现阶段主要从事统计信号处理方面的研究工作,着重研究语音信号处理。
